Derrick L. Taylor Culinary & Hospitality Scholarship
Supporting students pursuing careers in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, or Hospitality Management at accredited institutions.
Important: At this time, only one scholarship is awarded annually across all scholarship categories. We encourage all eligible students to apply and submit their strongest application.
Award Format: Scholarship awards are provided as a $500 Amazon or Walmart gift card for books and school supplies directly specific to the recipient's major of choice.
About This Scholarship
Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is awarded to a student who is accepted to any accredited two or four year college, university, or technical program in pursuit of a career in Culinary Arts/Management or Hospitality Management. The Taylor Institute believes in supporting students who have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2.5 GPA required
- Accepted at an accredited college, university, or technical program
- Pursuing a career in Culinary Arts/Management or Hospitality Management
- Must be a graduating high school senior
